With the ability to carry 1000 litres of 100% pure laboratory graded ‘polished water’ and pump it through carbon fibre, ultra-light weight poles cleaning heights of up to 65ft (6 floors) without our feet even leaving the ground. This ensures a cost effective and reliable method of cleaning without compromising health and safety in any way. By far the most efficient method of cleaning, saving our clients up to 45% of their cleaning costs yet maintaining the impeccable standards they have come to expect from Clear Choice Cleaning and Maintenance Ltd.

Our Reach and Wash System can pump 100% pure laboratory graded ‘polished’ water through ultra-light weight poles to heights in excess of 60ft (6 floors) ensuring brilliant results without compromising Health and Safety. It may be necessary to use high power pressure washing on certain buildings, which can also be combined with Mobile Elevated Platforms (cherry pickers) to ensure all areas can be reached.

Graffiti and Chewing Gum Removal

Clear Choice Cleaning has vast experience at dealing with graffiti removal and can offer various solutions to your graffiti problems. Using high-pressure water cleaning equipment combined with non-hazardous Graffiti removing chemicals, it is possible to entirely remove graffiti from any type of porous or non-porous surface without harming the underline facade.  Protective coatings can also be applied to surfaces to prevent further attacks of vandalism.

Chewing gum can be tough to remove and is a real eye-sore.  Our machine can remove the problem extremely effectively.
