Established in 2006 by Managing Director Joseph Davies who has over 12 years experience in the industry, Clear Choice Cleaning and Maintenance immediately began to build success by carrying out work to a flawless standard, largely due to the rigorous quality inspections, close management style and high regard for health and safety.

Utilising the Ionic Reach and Wash system, which solved high access problems and ensured a perfect finish every time, Clear Choice quickly established itself at the forefront of the  specialist window cleaning industry.

A natural progression began to take place as Clear Choice branched into other areas of the commercial and industrial cleaning industry, from fascia and cladding cleans to chewing gum and graffiti removal.

Now with a very impressive client base, Clear Choice Cleaning and Maintenance Ltd is firmly established as a class leader in the cleaning industry and has now extended its services into plumbing and heating. Full training and qualifications have been undertaken to ensure that our service provision is of a quality standard.
